Sifu Daniel Cashman, AEMP

is the owner of Seattle Asian Medicine and Martial Arts. Daniel started training in Kung Fu under Sifu Robert Brown in Phoenix, AZ in 1988, and was promoted to White Sash in 2007. He has been studying Yang style Tai Chi under Dr. Boonchai Apichai since 2005. Dan graduated from Bastyr University with a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) in 2008 and opened SAMMA in 2012. As an acupuncturist, he focuses on sports medicine and Tuina.

Dai Sihing Scott Harberts

started with Yang Tai Chi in 2009, and in 2011 with Chun Kuo. He was promoted to White Sash and Dai Sihing in 2017. Tai Chi and Qigong are still passions, as well as fitness and healthy lifestyles. He teaches Adult Kung Fu group classes.

Sensei & dai sihing Noah Visscher, AEMP

started his martial arts training in 1996 and started training at SAMMA in 2018. In addition to his training in Kung Fu and Taichi under Sifu Daniel Cashman, he also holds a third degree black belt in Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu and has been teaching martial arts since 2010. He currently holds a White Sash in Chun Kuo Kung Fu. Noah loves watching students achieve things they previously thought were impossible and transform into better, stronger versions of themselves. Noah graduated from Bastyr University in 2020 with a Masters of Science in Acupuncture with a Certificate of Chinese Herbal Medicine. He focuses primarily on pain management.

DAI SIHING Dr. Andrew Jackson, N.D.

has been training in Chun Kuo since 2016, and was promoted to White Sash in 2023. Dr. Andy teaches Kids and Adult Kung Fu Group Classes

Ariel Sacher, AEMP

is both a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese medicine herbalist and Kids Kung Fu instructor at SAMMA. They graduated with their Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) degree from Bastyr University in 2018 and are currently in Bastyr’s Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) program with an expected graduation in 2021. Ariel is particularly interested in acute and chronic pain management and mental health. One of their main goals as a practitioner is to uplift and provide holistic healthcare for the queer and trans community. Ariel has previously studied Yang Style and Wudang Style Tai Chi before starting their Kung Fu training at SAMMA in 2019. They currently hold the rank of Black Sash and are working towards their Black Sash with Red Tassels. Ariel loves practicing and teach Kung Fu because it is a physical manifestation of bringing the body and mind into balance. Ariel lives with their girlfriend and three cats and is an avid D&D player.
